Email Support

  1. Log in with your User name and Password
  2. The number located on the envelope icon indicates how many new messages you have in your inbox. Click on Inbox and you will see your mail. Unread messages will be marked with purple. Click on the message you wish to read and the message will appear in the far right column.
  1. Click Compose on the top navigation bar.
  2. A message window will pop up. Simply fill out the To and Subject field, type the body of your email and click Send.
  1. Click Reply on the top navigation bar.
  2. A message window will pop up. Simply type your message and click Send. If responding to multiple people, use the Reply to All button on the top navigation bar.
  1. You can go back and find/read any mail you sent by simply clicking the Sent button. *Note: If you do not have a Sent button it is because you have not yet sent anything from this account. Once you do, the Sent button will appear.
  1. AcenTek Mail allows you to save your contacts in an address book. To add a contact to your address book, click the New button and select Contact from the drop down menu.
  2. A contact window will open. Fill in the fields requested, including email, then click the OK button.

When sending an email to someone on your contact list, simply open your contacts by clicking the Contacts icon on the left navigation bar and then, select the recipient. That person’s information will appear in the right column of your screen. Simply click the arrow button to create an email to that person.
