AcenTek Responds to COVID-19
As AcenTek responds to the coronavirus, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top concern. Our management team has been monitoring the situation closely and has decided to take the following precautions in order to help keep our communities healthy.
- Our lobby will be closed through the end of August. In keeping with the recommendation of officials at the state and federal level, we are asking our customers to practice social distancing to help minimize the spread of illness. We are still able to serve you: Pay your bill by phone, online, or simply leave your payment in our drop box at the office. If you need a new remote we are happy to mail one out to you. If you have questions, please feel free to give us a call.
- Visits to our customers’ homes will be at the discretion of our staff. No AcenTek employee showing any symptoms of illness will be allowed to visit your home. In addition, if our employee arrives at your home and feels concern regarding the health of you or anyone living there, they have the right to avoid exposure by leaving the premise. The appointment will be rescheduled for a more appropriate time.
AcenTek has put these safeguards in place with you in mind, but please be assured, we are still able and willing to serve you.
