How to Reboot Your Modem
- Unplug the modems power cord from the outlet.
- Verify you have unplugged the correct cord by checking that all the lights on the modem are OFF.
- Wait 30 seconds and plug the modems power cord back into the outlet.
- Wait for the DSL light to go SOLID.
How to Reboot Your Set Top Box (Amino or ADB Converter Box)
- Unplug your STB (Amino or ADB Converter Box) from the outlet.
- Verify you have unplugged the correct cord by checking that all the lights on the STB are OFF.
- Wait 30 seconds and plug the power cord back into the STB.
- Wait for the STB to complete its reboot process.
*If you also have other supplied equipment (example: Switch or Coax Converters) also simply unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds before plugging back in.
TV is Stuck on "ADB Defining Digital" or "Amino Waiting for Network"
- Reboot your modem:
- Unplug the modems power cord from the outlet.

- Wait 30 seconds and plug the modems power cord back into the outlet.
- Wait for the DSL light to go SOLID.

- Wait 30 seconds and plug the power cord back into the STB.
- Wait for the STB to complete its reboot process.

Video On Demand
Video On Demand is also available from AcenTek. Purchase programming that you would like to watch whenever you choose, rather than when it originally broadcast. Make your selection from a VOD menu and enter your account PIN number to add the programming to your list of saved events.
HOW TO PURCHASE A VOD EVENT:
- Press the ON DEMAND button on your remote. Select the library of your choice by arrowing to it, then pressing the OK button.
*If you do not have our new Potenza remote (black), press the MENU button and use the arrow buttons to select On Demand. - Once in the desired library, arrow to the show that you would like to purchase. The movie title, price, rental period, event description, rating and event length will be shown. If you would like to preview a trailer for the event, select Preview. To purchase the event, select RENT. Press OK.
- From the purchase screen, choose if you wish to rent your selection on the TV, or if you would like to share the rental with the rest of your Whole Home Group (all of the TVs in your home). Next enter your Purchase Pin and select the RENT option.
*If you do not know your Purchase Pin, please give AcenTek a call. - Your purchased event should begin playing immediately. Press the EXIT button on your remote control to return to your previously viewed channel.
TO VIEW CURRENT VOD RENTALS:
- Press the ON DEMAND button on your remote.
*If you do not have our new Potenza remote (black), press the MENU button and use the arrow keys to select On Demand. - Press the Green button on your remote to select a rental. The Rentals screen will appear and will show you a list of your current event rentals, the price of each, whole home sharing ability for each and the date the rental will expire.
*If you do not have our new Potenza remote (black), use the arrow buttons to make your selection. - Select which event you want to watch, then press the OK button to play the selection.
TO SEARCH VOD RENTALS:
- To search for a specific title, select the yellow button on your remote. A search library screen will appear.
*If you do not have our new Potenza remote (black), press the MENU button and use the arrow keys to select On Demand. - Enter a keyword or title into the search field and select the yellow button again. Search results will appear for the keyword you entered.
*If you do not have our new Potenza remote (black), simply use the arrow keys to make your selection.
