Please join us ONLINE for Annual Meeting of the Members
on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:00pm
All members are invited to join the meeting, to hear about their communication company, hear election results for the board of directors and be entered to win some valuable prizes. All members who attend will be given a $10 bill credit.
All members will receive a packet of information in March.
The packet will contain:
Letter explaining the details of the meeting Instructions for how to attend, vote, ask questions and win prizes Biographies for the Board of Directors candidates Ballot Postage-paid envelope (for mailing in ballot) Minutes from last year's meeting
PRIZES:
Everyone who VOTES will be entered to win a chance to win a prize. Ten winners will be randomly chosen to receive a $50 gift card to their merchant of choice.*
Winners will be announced during the meeting.
Everyone who ATTENDS the online meeting will be entered for a chance to win a prize. All members who attend the online meeting will automatically be gifted a $10 credit on their next AcenTek bill. In addition, attendees will be entered to win one of the following gift cards to their merchant of choice.*

Winners of the gift cards will be contacted after the meeting, as attendance will need to be verified and will not be awarded to those who registered, but did not actually attend the meeting.

By the second week of March, all members should receive a packet of information about the meeting. Directions are enclosed on how to register for the meeting and how to vote.
